The Garden Concierge was borne of a lifelong love of the natural world, and an intense desire to help that world survive humanity's best attempts to destroy it. I spent three years battling systemic health issues after a bout of sepsis. The one thing, the ONLY thing that brought me peace in those days was time in the garden. The dirt under my fingernails, the bugs scuttling across my knee, the silken caress of a peony across my cheek.

So when I attempted to return to work in 2026 and found my career path effectively imploded (thanks, AI), I decided to give back to the thing that got me back on my feet in the first place.  So I've traded in business casual for a smock and wellies; I've given up happy hours in favor of lunch under a tree. I'm saying goodbye to the screen and hello the sun, and I don't plan on looking back.
